Saint Petersburg pest control

We Florida's top experts in rodent control. We are not a typical Saint Petersburg rat removal or pest control company. We don't treat rats or mice like insects, because they are not - they are mammals! You can't just use poison to get rid of them, like you can with insects. Unlike most Saint Petersburg pest control, we focus on complete and permanent solutions. We don't just use poison every month. We solve your rodent problem forever, by following these steps:

  • Inspect the entire house, ground to roof, and the attic
  • Seal shut all entry areas, no matter how small, with steel
  • Set a dozen or more rat or mouse traps in the house and attic
  • Remove all rodents as they are caught and monitor for activity
  • Once there is no more activity and no more caught, we're done
  • When necessary, we clean rodent droppings, replace insulation, and repair chewed electric wires

What diseases are caused by rat urine?
There may not be two topics that are less palatable than rats and urine but being aware of the health dangers posed by rat urine could save you from a severe illness and even death. It is a fact that rats spread a number of serious diseases. That is why so many of us have an instinctual horror of the very idea of rats. It isn't just their appearance that fills us with dread, it is the historical fact of the sheer number of people who have died from an illness that they carry with them.

One of the main ways that they spread disease is through bodily fluids, especially their urine. If you have a rat infestation that obviously means that you have a high number of animals producing urine that seeps into walls, flooring, furniture, insulation, and even the food they might get into. In this article, we are going to explore a few of the serious diseases that are spread by rats via their urine.
